If you think you've missed an email or update, you can easily check all communications sent to you through your DSP Parent Portal.

To find your email history:

Log in to your Parent Portal.

Click 'Info' at the top of the page.

Select 'Bulletin Board'.

Click 'Email History'.

You'll then see every email we've sent you through DSP, perfect for catching up on reminders, term dates, or event info!

We aim for every dancer to attend each week, but we know sometimes absences are unavoidable, especially at this time of year!

If your child will be away, please report it directly through your DSP Portal (this automatically updates the teacher's register):

On your homepage, click 'Info'.

Select 'Attendance'.

Click 'Report Absence'.

Choose the correct date and mark your child as not attending.

Please use this process rather than emailing or messaging, it's the quickest way to make sure the right teacher is notified

Class music and shared materials are available on your DSP Portal:

Log in to your Parent Portal.

Click 'Info' at the top of the page.

From the drop-down, select 'Documents and Files'.

Choose 'Class Files' to view what's been shared.

We don't always post class videos, but we generally upload the music each class is working on, along with occasional videos, especially for our younger dancers, to help them practice at home.

We love celebrating our dancers and sharing the amazing things happening in class, always respectfully, and never with full names.

If you'd prefer your child not to appear in any photos or videos, you can easily update your settings:

Log into your DSP Portal.

Click the three lines in the top-right corner.

Select 'More'.

Click 'Waivers and Policies'.

Go to the 'Photo Opt Out' tab.

Tick the box to let us know not to use photos or videos of your child.

This will automatically update your profile so we know your preferences going forward

If you'd like to spread your payments out over time, you can do this easily through your DSP Parent Portal:

Log in to your DSP account.

From your homepage, click 'Make Payment'.

Select 'Other' from the payment options.

Enter the amount you'd like to pay in the 'Pay Amount' box.

Click Submit to confirm.

You can repeat this once a month to make smaller payments until your balance is fully paid.
